Conveyor Belt Components

RCS has the belt components you need to move more materials in less time. If a conveyor system needs it, we can provide it. From hoods and elevator buckets to pulley lagging, cleaning systems and weigh scales, we are your source for belt components and accessories.

– Skirt & Sheet Rubber: We have various sizes in stock of tan gum, red, silicone and SBR compounds in rolls or cut pieces.

– Belt Fasteners & Tools: Solid plate, hinge, rivet, hook and other belt fasteners are kept in stock for faster delivery. In addition, we stock almost every tool needed to complete belt installation.

– Pulleys: We have an inventory of both mine-duty drum and wing pulleys in various sizes. Drum pulleys are stocked with a herringbone lagging and all pulleys meet or exceed CEMA/ANSI specifications.

– Conveyor Idlers: Many 5″ and 6″ diameter troughing idlers and return rollers are in our inventory. We offer both greasable and non-greasable bearings and specialty idlers like troughing trainers, return trainers and non-stick rollers.

– Impact Beds: To ensure quality and an exact match to your conveyor system, our impact beds are custom manufactured in our machine shop. From lightweight to extreme heavy duty, impact beds can be made from angle to channel or I-beam construction with bars from UHMW of 3/8″ to 1″ thick.
